At IOG Hydroponics Centre we embrace customer loyality by adopting a reward points system that allows our customers to earn reward points for every purchase they make on our website.

How do I earn points?

To earn points simply make a purchase on our website.

How many points do I get?

For every £10 sterling or 10 euro spent on our website we will automatically add one point to your account.

How do I redeem my points?

If you have enough points to spend a checkbox will display on the payment section of the checkout process.  By ticking the 'Use my reward points' box you will be able get discount based on the amount of points you have associated with your account.

What is the value of one reward point?

One reward point equals £1 off your order.
